Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Windows & Doors Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient installation of residential windows and doors while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, remove, and install windows and doors according to specifications.
- Ensure proper sealing, insulation, leveling, and finishing.
- Inspect job sites for safety and material readiness.
- Follow installation guidelines and manufacturer standards.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and perform final site cleanup.
- Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors.
- Identify and report installation issues or material defects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in windows and doors installation (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and materials.
- Ability to read measurements and blueprints.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
